Additional

An amendment was made to the Domestic Kitchen regulation in June 2012.

This amendment states that products can be produced in an unlicensed home kitchen and sold from the residence or at  fairs and farmers markets if a sign is posted that states:  "These Food Products Were Made In A Private Home Not Licensed or Inspected".  This statement must also be on each container of product offered for sale.

A copy of this amendment can be found at http://tn.gov/agriculture/forms/FD_DK_law_amendment.pdf
