Real Estate Acquisition Agent Representative Registration

A Registered Acquisition Agent Representative works under the supervision of a Registered Acquisition Agent and by means of telephone, mail, advertisement, inducement, solicitation or otherwise attempts directly to encourage any person to attend a sales presentation for a time-share program, providing that such person engages in such activity solely on real property owned or leased by such person’s supervising Registered Acquisition Agent on or within the premises of a hotel, motel, private resort or lodging rental office or phone or mail solicitation.

Each Acquisition Agent Representative shall furnish the Commission the following information:

• Its principal office and telephone number
• Name of Registered Acquisition Agent supervising the Registered Acquisition Agent Representative
• Timeshare program for which it is soliciting prospective purchasers
• The name and address of the developers of such timeshare programs
• Home Address of Registered Acquisition Agent Representative
